4 slice of bacon
2 clove garlic
1 can be black-eyed peas
1 pack spinach
1/4 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cook the bacon in a large pan with medium heat until crisp, 6 to 8 minutes; Transferred to a paper towel plate. Break into pieces when cool.
Add the garlic of the pan and boil, stir until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Add black-eyed peas and ¼ cup of water and cook until heated, about 3 minutes.
Add the spinach, season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper and boil, throw to start, about 2 minutes. Toss with bacon before serving.
